Our monthly service fee is all-inclusive and includes:
All labor and on-site supervision
All cleaning supplies and consumable materials
All professional-grade cleaning equipment
All payroll expenses, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and liability insurance
For your peace of mind, Cleaning Plus LLC is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Our employees are covered under a Blanket Fidelity Bond, and our company carries comprehensive insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, and general liability coverage.
We understand that every facility has unique cleaning requirements. Our goal is to provide a customized cleaning program that promotes a healthier, cleaner, and more professional environment for your employees, customers, and visitors.

DAILY COMMUNICATION
A communication logbook is kept on-site for quick notes, requests, and updates. Our team checks it at every visit and records any maintenance or safety issues that require your attention.
INSPECTIONS
Routine inspections are conducted to ensure your facility is cleaned according to schedule. Findings are reviewed to maintain quality and improve service when needed.
ONE-ON-ONE
We regularly check in with your primary contact to gather feedback and ensure complete satisfaction. Your input helps us maintain the highest level of service and quickly address any concerns.

SUPERVISION
- A dedicated supervisor will be assigned to your facility and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure our services consistently meet your expectations.
- All Cleaning Plus team members receive thorough training and ongoing supervision to deliver the highest standards of cleaning and professionalism.
- Weekly quality inspections are performed to verify that all services are completed according to your customized cleaning specifications.
EMPLOYEE STANDARDS
- All employees are compensated in compliance with applicable federal and state wage laws.
- Every team member receives comprehensive training covering work schedules, cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards before being assigned to a facility.
SECURITY & INSURANCE
- Employee records are maintained for all Cleaning Plus personnel.
- We carefully screen, train, and supervise our employees to ensure dependable and professional service.
- Our team verifies that all assigned areas are properly secured before leaving your facility.
- Cleaning Plus is fully insured and bonded, including General Liability and Workers’ Compensation coverage, providing added protection and peace of mind.

JANITORIAL SPECIFICATIONS
Clinical Lobby, Reception & Office Areas
Daily
Vacuum carpeted areas.
Dust furniture, pictures, literature racks, and horizontal surfaces.
Spot clean glass, walls, doors, partitions, light switches, countertops, and door frames.
Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles.
Empty trash and replace liners.
Monthly / Quarterly
Detail vacuum corners and edges.
Damp wipe furniture and horizontal surfaces.
Clean interior glass and partitions.
Dust blinds, baseboards, and high surfaces.
Vacuum air vents and return grilles.
Building Lobby & Common Areas
Daily
Vacuum carpets, elevator lobbies, and common areas.
Sweep and mop hard floors.
Clean elevator cabs, doors, and tracks.
Clean interior glass, drinking fountains, and remove fingerprints.
Spot clean carpets and remove trash from stairwells.
Weekly / Monthly
Detail vacuum corners and edges.
Sweep and mop stairwells.
Dust railings, window sills, baseboards, vents, and high surfaces.
Detail clean glass partitions and polish drinking fountains.
Examination & Procedure Rooms (Additional Service – Not Included in Base Contract)
Daily
Disinfect countertops, sinks, fixtures, and work surfaces using germicidal cleaners.
Sweep/vacuum and wet mop floors with disinfectant.
Sanitize door handles and other high-touch surfaces.
Clean stainless steel fixtures and spot clean glass.
Empty trash and replace liners.
Weekly
Clean baseboards, door frames, thresholds, and kick plates.
Dust blinds, cabinets, window sills, wall fixtures, and chair bases.
Perform detailed high dusting where needed.
Contract and Agreement
3 X PER WEEK JANITORIAL SERVICES
Janitorial services include cleaning the hallways on two (2) floors by vacuuming and mopping all tiled areas, servicing four (5) exterior trash receptacles
(emptying and replacing liners as needed), and vacuuming one (1) set of stairs.
Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday & Friday 13 visits per month
@ $73 per visit total bill monthly $950.00
